How to place an order
- Contact us via our website by stating the basic information such as product name, quantity and destination.
- We will come back with a quotation based on the information you have provided.
- We move the communication onto WhatsApp and reach an agreement on the quotation.
- An agreement will be sent with the agreed information.
- You sign and return the agreement.
- An invoice will be sent based on the cargo information provided.
- You pay 50% of the invoice before shipping and the other 50% before collection.
Minimum Order
At the moment, TBL Mining only deals with high volume orders. Typically, we only accept a minimum order of 500 units. However, we can be flexible based on the availability of a specific miner and the location of the buyer.
How to complete the payment
We support Bank transfer and Crypto currencies including BTC, USDT and ETH.
Returns and warranty
We do not provide after sales services. Under our terms, we provide replacement for damaged hardware for over 1% of the total purchase. For detailed terms, please refer to our terms and conditions.
Custom clearance in receiving countries
The buyer is fully responsible for tax and custom related issues. Please check with your local authorities regarding fees and legal issues in purchasing mining hardwares. If you need assistance, please let us know in advance.
After sale service
We do not provide after sale service on used Miners. The only thing we provide is replacement on faulty miner upon delivery. The total faulty miners will have to be 1% of total purchase to get replacement.
For new Miners, the after-sale service will be directly with Bitmain, as you will inherit all the privileges when you purchase the miners.
Shipping
Due to COVID-19, there is a back log of shipping in every airline. We will do our best to ship your miners as soon as possible. In general, with the current situation, shipping will be done in a couple of weeks depending on your destination.
You will have instant access to the miners if you want to arrange your own shipping. This may affect your invoice and the minimum payment.
